World Diamond Mark does not access your content, files, contacts, microphone, camera, or other peripheral devices and applications in order to gather information and data.
World Diamond Mark Service employ several common tracking technologies, such as browser cookies, social media plug in cookies, web beacons ("pixel") and similar technologies. World Diamond Mark uses these tools to monitor and improve the traffic in the World Diamond Mark Services through aggregate analytic tools, by evaluating trends and collecting statistics. Such anonymous information may comprise URLs or domains of referring websites, browser and device identifiers, operating system, language, the pages that you access and the date and time of your browsing the Services.
World Diamond Mark does not combine or correlate anonymous information with personal information that you disclose.
Some of the information relating to your use of the Services may be transmitted and shared anonymously with our affiliates, such as google and Facebook who may use such anonymous information to provide you with online advertising, that may or may not be tailored to your interests, based on your online history in browsing the Services and other websites.
Most of the World Diamond Mark Services are free and you may use the Services without registering or submitting any personal information. Registration to World Diamond Mark Subscription Services enables you to access exclusive features.
You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of personal information you provide upon subscription, such as your credentials for access (e.g., your username and password), credit card information, etc. and for complying with any guidelines that may be prescribed by World Diamond Mark from time to time to prevent unauthorized access to the Subscription Services. You agree to notify World Diamond Mark immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security. World Diamond Mark reserves the right to perform encryption of passwords for account maintenance purposes.
World Diamond Mark does not share, sale or trade your personal information with other parties, for marketing purposes or otherwise.
World Diamond Mark collects, stores and uses personal information you provide to facilitate the Services, to enable your access to Subscription Services, to send you newsletter and to inform you of products and promotional offers in the Online Store. Such information may include your personal address, shipping address, e-mail, phone, age, credit card information and more.
Your personal information may be shared and disclosed only to competent World Diamond Mark subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and vendors, who need such information in order to provide you with products and services on behalf of World Diamond Mark.
Payments made in connection with purchases on the Online Store and subscription fees, are processed through World Diamond Mark vendors, who handle such transactions. These vendors are only provided with the information that is necessary for them to provide the services and they are not authorized to use your personal information for any other purpose.
When you unsubscribe your personal information will not be automatically deleted. If you wish to remove your personal information from World Diamond Mark records, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Deletion of personal information may not be immediate and residual copies of your information may remain on backup media or files for a longer period of time.

By subscribing to the pertinent part of the Services and providing personal information, you give your consent to World Diamond Mark to communicate with you directly through the Services or through e-mails and among others to send you from time to time newsletter and advertisings relating to the Services. If you wish to be removed from the World Diamond Mark mailing list, you may opt out at any time by following the "remove from distribution list" instructions included in the e-mail message.
World Diamond Mark Service are designated for general audience and are not designed or directed specifically for children. World Diamond Mark does not solicit information from children. Children under the age of 13 must obtain permission from an adult holding parental responsibility over them, before submitting personal information or other data or materials to the Services. Upon notice that a user under the age of 13 has provided personal information without prior parental consent, World Diamond Mark will remove such personal information from our records.
World Diamond Mark does not sell products on the Online Store for purchase by children. Children's products available at the Online Store are intended to be purchase by adults.
Parents are encouraged to supervise their children while browsing the Internet and to guide them how to protect their privacy and to refrain from providing personal information. World Diamond Mark urges parents to be aware of online filtering tools.

World Diamond Mark does not otherwise store your personal browsing history and does not process or analyze it.
World Diamond Mark does not remove cookies from your devices when you unsubscribe World Diamond Mark Services, or in any other case.
No Location based Services
World Diamond Mark's mobile application does not currently make use of your location-based data.
World Diamond Mark makes its best efforts to preserve your privacy. However, we may be compelled to disclose personal information when required by law or by a court order, wherein we have a good-faith belief based on legal advice, that such action is unavoidable.
World Diamond Mark maintains state of the art commercial protections to preserve your personal information. However, no transmission of information and data over the Internet is completely secured from intrusion. World Diamond Mark uses and will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the protection of your personal information.

The Services of World Diamond MarkTM - titled Part Of YouTM, are virtual foundations aimed at bringing together and put on display a unique source of knowledge and information about the world of diamonds and to comprise collections of extraordinary diamonds and diamond jewelry stories.

I authorize automatic credit or charge card billing by World Diamond Mark. I agree that the charges described above will be billed by World Diamond Mark to the credit or charge card that I have provided to World Diamond Mark in my Account information, or otherwise when I applied for the Subscription Services. I understand that all fees and charges may be nonrefundable. I agree that World Diamond Mark will not be responsible for any expenses that I may incur resulting from overdrawing my bank account or exceeding my credit limit as a result of an automatic charge made under this Agreement.

The retail jewellers who have joined our programme and adhere to our code of conduct and principles carry the World Diamond Mark Authorised Diamond Dealer seal that represents the diamond industry’s mark of confidence and underpins the consumers' diamond and diamond jewellery buying decisions.
